After some struggling with different plans, and starting a juice feast a couple of times, my husband and I saw a documentary called; Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It convinced him and me to give it a try. After a 10 day feast, we started to eat again, but decided to come back slowly to cooked food. While eating raw friuts and vegetables we discovered lots of great raw foods. Now we are about 35 days in and haven;t looked back.
